He aimed to achieve organization's vision and mission by caring and providing equal education to poor childrenā€™s & sustainable change in the lives of deprived children. He has 6 years of experience in the field of social sector, as he started his career with social & community development. Siddesh believes, there should be equality of opportunity in education, where childrenā€™s achieve success in their life according to their efforts and ability.

Ramesh is one of the co-founders of Mathrubhoomi. He has completed his Masters in Social Work from VSK University Bellary. He has been working with children and in the community development sector for the past 5 years. Ramesh believes that education should develop good citizenship and other qualities beneficial to society, so that a sense of civic responsibility is promoted. He wants to make every child grow up to be capable, and to lead their own life without dependence.
